Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly female (Preferably) customer service representative to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suites and customer service software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position (remote working) with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
