Return & Refund Policy

Return window

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• If the delivered product doesn’t meet the agreed quality / is faulty / damaged / incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can prioritize resolution.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were sold, unused (where applicable), and with:

​

• all original accessories/parts

• all tags attached (if applicable)

• original packaging and packing materials (where applicable)

• courier receipt / proof of return shipment

• invoice and any other documents included with the order

Refund approval & processing

All refunds are subject to approval after the returned item is received by Osiris Mart and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment gateway/method used for the original purchase (where supported by the payment provider).

Return shipping & admin charges

Return shipping costs and applicable administration charges will be deducted from the refund amount (unless the return is due to an item being faulty, damaged, or incorrect).

Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Hygiene / personal care items

• Custom-made or personalized goods and services

• Clearance / sale items

• Digital items / downloadable products
