Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience engagement, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Analyse social media metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing or a related role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
