Refund will be processed once the product sold is received back by the company in the condition it was sold with all the accessories successfully, Osiris Mart will initiate the refund to the source account or to a chosen method of payment.

Our return policy protects you if the delivered product doesn't meet the agreed quality. Return must be done within 3 days from the delivery date to claim a refund less the logistics & and handling cost. It must be returned with all tags attached in their original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & and other papers if any.

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped.

No cancellation request will be entertained once the order is processed after 24 hours or is shipped already. However, return is possible for all orders/products as per the return policy. Please note that on all cancellations, handling charges will be charged  & and will be deducted before a refund is initiated.
